His cap number's only 3.2 in Oakland, it could have been done if they had really wanted to, I'm sure it had more to do with him as a player and "character". But it wouldn't have helped anyway unless he can play fucking corner or safety too.

We draft the fastest receiver in the class and it turns out he might have a congenital fucking knee problem. Typical Ravens scouting/picking the last few years unfortunately.
