BAD NEWS for denver if peyton done for season- ALTHOUGH- frankly except for 2? games this year peyton has been absolutely pedestrian as a QB (ie pathetic) so if he is done, then good that the backup gets the experience coming forward.

for my patriots- hope -HOPE- the foot injury to Edelman is the 4-6 week kind and not the out for 5 months kind, we'll need him in the playoffs.

i KNEW that last nights game was going to be tough(see my post ~5 days ago) glad they pulled it off

in regards to butler- his play has improved as the season progressed. last night vs beckham, -except for that first play where they missed the tackle and beckham got that 87yard gain- after that catch beckham had 18 yards on 3 catches, AND butler prevented that touchdown at the end where he knocked it out pretty much the same time the second foot came down on the ground (the was it a catch/not a catch play in the endzone)

Peyton going down is great news for me. Bengals can't expect to keep up with the Pats record this season IMO so we were always fighting with Denver for the #2 seed in my eyes. Now that Denver may be dropping out it should make getting that bye week easier.

NO WAY MAN BENGALS GOING 19-0 WOOO!

Pats offense looked noticeably worse without Edelman. That could cost them a win or two down the stretch. But yeah, they'll probably lock up the #1 seed.

You would think at some point injuries would take their toll on the Pats but history tells us otherwise...

Obviously Ravens have gone soft since their "specially trained" Ray Ray's have retired.

Butler played the best game I've ever seen him play, which is all of like 7.

But seriously, he shut Beckham the fuck down after his safety blew that first pass.

Time for a glimpse of the Brock Osweiler era. Could not be happier as a Chargers fan. It's unfortunate for Peyton that he is still hurt though. Hope he heals up okay.

This would be a good time for the owners to get rid of Goodell and slide Peyton in as commish.

Bengals finally manage to get past Wild Card weekend by not playing on it.

Pats offense did suffer without him...until the 4th when Giants let Brady rack up over 200 yards in that quarter alone. Just ridiculous play calling down there by them too. Not complaining, glad Giants lost but still. It's kind of funny to watch Eli be Pats kryptonite.

Peyton probably should of retired. His mind may still want to play but his body obviously is done. Not sure its worth risking your body more. Time to retire and sit back and relax for the rest of your life.
