This is like Favre/Rodgers all over again! Including the part where I don't give half a fuck.
Great. So we can fast forward this scenario straight to the dick pics when Manning goes to Buffalo or some shit.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Jameis Winston threatens to sue CNN over documentary

Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Jameis Winston has notified CNN that he is prepared to sue if the cable network airs a documentary about college campus rape on Sunday as scheduled, according to a letter obtained by ESPN.

"The Hunting Ground" debuted at the Sundance Film Festival earlier this year. The documentary, in part, highlights the rape investigation against Winston while he was at Florida State and features the first public interview from Winston's accuser, Erica Kinsman.

There has been exactly 1 of those where he threw multiple picks or even a single pick in the 4th quarter. I guess that's "plenty of times" to you.

Romo hasn't lost to the Giants since 2012.
Maybe I should expand my definition some to not just be Week 17 games when I say "win or go home".

2006 Week 16 against Philly - 23-7 loss, Romo 14/29 for 142 yards, 1 TD 2 Int
(A win in that game would have won them the division, instead thankfully the NFC was shit and they got a wild card at 9-7, only to lose to Seattle in one and done fashion after Romo only managed 189 yards passing)

2007 Divisional Playoff Round - 21-17 loss to the Giants and eventual Super Bowl MVP Eli Manning (again one and done), Romo only managed to complete 50% of his passes in the game 18/36 for 201 yards, 1 TD 1 Int

2008 Week 17 - 44-6 loss to the Eagles (giving Eagles the 2nd wild card over the 'boys), Romo 21/39 for 183, 0 TD 1 Int

2009 he actually won 2 big games, first Week 17 to clinch the division and send Eagles to a wild card, then on Wild Card Weekend. Of course, come the Divisional Round they got smoked 34-3 by the Vikings where he was again held under 200 yards passing with 0 TD's and 1 Int.

2011 Week 17 - 31-14 thrashing by Eli and the Giants which clinched the division for New York and would send eventual Super Bowl MVP (for the 2nd time) Eli Manning on his way to beating Tom Brady for his 2nd ring. Eli rang up 346 yards and 3 TD's with 0 picks, while Romo managed 289 yards with 2 TD's and 1nt...although all of Dallas' scoring occurred in semi garbage time in the 2nd half after being down 21-0 at halftime.

2012 Week 17 - 28-18 loss to the Redskins in yet another winner take all "NFC East Championship Game", Good old clutch Tony Romo did throw 2 TD's, but toss 3 picks as well.

Have to say, Romo managed to check all the boxes. I know you limited your range to multiple picks or picks in the 4th quarter, but a lot of these games were over well before than. Romo managed to lose a Week 17 game that would have clinched a playoff spot to all 3 of the other NFC East teams, another Week 16 game against Philly that relegated them to a wild card instead of having a home game as division champion, and another loss to Eli in the playoffs. Interesting that both of Eli's rings have included a victory over Romo as well to eliminate the Cowboys.

So yeah, I have more faith in Eli.

A bunch of really stupid shit
So basically you're saying every time Cowboys didn't win the Superbowl and Romo's passer rating wasn't 158.3, it's an epic choke job. It's also funny that you picked out a game that wasn't even a win-or-go-home yet included it for some reason to try and make your retarded point seem less retarded.

2006: Eli throws 3 picks in a loss to the Panthers in the Wild Card round
2007: Eli throws a pick in a loss to the Eagles in the Wild Card round
2009: Eli throws 2 picks in a loss to the Eagles in the divisional round
2010: Eli throws a pick as the giants lose 44-7 against the Vikings and are eliminated from playoff contention
2010: Eli throws 4 picks in week 16 that forces them to lose the tie-breaker and miss the playoffs

Super clutch never throws picks Eli there for you. I get it, though. You just know what ESPN tells you and parrot it back as fact.

What Uber said. When you start making up a debate about whether or not Eli has thrown picks and lost big games, you're only arguing against yourself. No one sat here and said he doesn't throw picks, or lose big games. We joke on here all the time how he has games/seasons that make him the only guy who might actually play himself out of the Hall of Fame.

It's just a fact he has any many rings as Romo has playoff wins.

Eli shits on Tony Tardo. It finally took him getting the best offensive line in the league and a superstar wideout to not look so bad.

Both years Eli's teams won the SB his offenses got them there and were ranked higher than their defense in each of those years. And Eli did that shit behind awful lines. And yea, 2 rings while Tony dropped that extra point lulz.

Revisionist History.

Eli didnt even make it to top 24 in QB rating for 2007, and had 20 ints. You know who did make top 10? Tony Romo, and every year after that. Some years I can't even find Eli hes so far down that list.

I laugh at you saying the defense lead by Strahan didn't play a large role in that 2007 season, and post season. You must be new to football or didn't watch them eak into the playoffs as a wildcard with an 8-8 record...

Here's some real stats Eli has over 190 picks in the nfl, his passer rating every year is ranked 15 (That's generous) or below, he holds the record for most picks in one NFL game.

So Tony with no offensive line for years makes it top ten rated QBs every year, but Eli can barely break 20? Ok

The waterboy on that team also has 2 rings.

Only an idiot would trade for Kaep when he's got a fat-ass contract and he's almost certainly going to get cut after the season. I can't really see a huge bidding war in the off season but I suppose stranger things have happened.

Revisionist history? Its statistics. The fucking Giants defense was 27th in 2011....terrible.

and Tony Tardo has been surrounded by better teams..just like this year...but the difference between them? Romo is a little bitch who gets hurt every year. Eli shrugs that shit off, might throw some ints, but then comes back drops dimes to win a SB.

Clutch.

Bring up those Eli Manning Stats for QB rating from 2007 to 2014. Some of those years hes so far down the list he's not even on the first page

Yeah, real clutch..., and LOL at might throw some Ints

Tony was the number 1 rated QB last year. Plays games with broken ribs ,but still is a bitch. O the keyboard warriors...

Fact is Tony was punished for close to half a decade behind a shitty O line yet still made top 10 every year, and now we are seeing the repercussions of a QB who has taken that much punishment with that many injuries.

O another note, Hardy is imploding. I bet we see him off the Cowboys by next year since he only has a one year contract.

When is Jerry going to learn with these Criminals that they never work out.

I love tormenting the Cowgirls fans as much as the next guy but there is really no scenario where I think Romo isn't a better QB than Eli. That being said Eli sure is a lot more successful than Romo will ever be.
