I can't wait to see belicheat without Tom Brady. Wonder how long it will take for Pats fans to start calling for his head.
I honestly think Gara...Garpoko. The dude behind Tom Brady is good from the little we have seen. I don't think BB will get another SB under his belt, but he will get into the playoffs year after year like he always does, with maybe another SB appearance. The division still does not have another good QB behind Brady for the foreseeable future. I put my money on BB getting great team play, which will win the division chances are.

Zombie,

Lol, you crack me up. Read your original point and then reread your next one. So...which is it? Did Brady carry those mediocre teams or was it a team effort? What was their record that year he didn't play again? Didn't see you mention that but maybe you could just quote me again, lol.
I don't know what's hard to understand about the fact that having one person to throw the ball makes the team somehow above average status. Who did he have a couple years ago to throw the ball to besides Gronk? Oh yeah, it was Dobson and a bunch of other chumps and if I recall Gronk missed a decent amount of games.

Are the Lions a superstar team because they have Megatron? No? Oh shit, funny how that works.

By the way, since you seem to be too retarded to comprehend what "some mediocre teams" means, it doesn't mean he had a bunch of scrubs every year of his career. Hopefully you can understand that but if not let me know and i'll try to break it further down.

Trying to be nice, retard, but here goes.

Brady carried those supposed mediocre teams with SPYGATE cheating. You know, all the shit they have been talking about for years and even new shit just came up? Easy way to get a new QB up to speed? Cheat, cheat, cheat. You know, what they have been doing since Belicheat got there?

Those mediocre teams? They had great defenses. I'm sure you didn't know this since you bandwagoned a few years ago, but Belicheat is a really good defensive mind. Even better at adjusting how his team functions based off what he has to work with. I'm also going to educate you just a bit more. It's a team game moron. Brady didn't carry those 'chumps'.

I earned this for talking to the resident forum retard. I was warned.

I do, but mostly because the likeable hawk fans (Hasslebeck/Dilfer/Waters era guys) get drown out by the Pete Carroll era self dick sucking number 12 types that magically appeared all over the place when they started winning games. What happened to the Trojans will eventually happen to the Hawks, i.e. Sneaky Pete skipping town before the bill comes due. But in the NFL, its a proven fact that its worth winning at all costs and worrying about getting busted after you get a superbowl win. Just ask Sean Peyton, who still has a job despite not winning a prize out of a box of crackerjacks since the bountygate stuff went down. Cheating is bad no matter who does it and I call that shit how I see it. And no, not everyone does it. And not every team circles the wagons when a guilty party gets caught (see Peterson last year) just to get a star on the field.

Having said that, the early Pats and the last three years of Seahawks are among some of the best defenses in the history of the league. They are also two of the best coached D, but they would be a lot more likable of they played the ball more and worked the refs less every down of every play (that's mainly a Pete Carroll thing, but BB bends rules like a motherfucker). It has undoubtedly gotten them more championships, but neither team will ever have the kind of wide sustained likeability that teams like the 85 Bears, 96 Packers, the Steel Curtain, or even Greatest Show on Turf had. Its great for your fans that you have those ring(s), but people are always going to more fondly remember things like the 9-7 Giants over Sherman acting like an asshole on his way to raping Peyton. Its just how it is, so you might as well own the role of being the mustache twirling villains of the sport.

If you want to call that salt, then so be it. My team has 13 championships and none of them have a PED or cheating scandal associated with them, nor do a lot of other teams with multiple NFL Championships. If you consider that salt, then I guess the truth hurts.

So you're saying Brady had less talent on the team as a whole when he spread the ball around and no one receiver had the majority of yards?
I was saying that if the argument was that Brady didn't have mediocre teams to carry because he's had Moss/Gronk since 2007, why are we ignoring 2001-2006 when he had no player even close to that level to throw to.

Ok Pats guys. I think we're about due for a Romo discussion. Let's not go over our post allotment on one of the 3 allowed topics in here.

I'm looking forward to tonight's circus game.
Going with my extreme optimism here, what if the Skins put up a ton of rushing yards once again (160+), their D plays solid, and they come out with a fairly convincing win? At what point do they stop being a circus and be a team with a good D who can run that ball that will win more than 4 games this year?
