i dont get the enforcement of the penalty. it was a touchback so the ball is on the 20, then with the enforcement its half the distance so its on the 10.

well the reason it was a touchback is because talib blocked Slater who was going to be the first down the field. I dont know where they should mark it alternatively, but the 10 yard line seems generous.

Bellichick no doubt has some perceived slight which means he he needs to run up the score. Which just means more time for Tom Terrific to get kneecapped.
