Beast mode did this team dirty by taking all the first team reps and then not traveling with the team. Running game is all out of sync.

That's nothing new. They'll almost always give the team a timeout in that situation

The penalty typically isn't thrown the exact second it hits 00, it is usually at least another half second before they are flagged

Generally it hits 00, the back judge is supposed to look, and so there's a half second delay.

Today though they've been giving Wilson an extra second.
