Hey just checking in to see if Azeth and Methhawk and Ubro are still alive. I'm fine either way.

Go Peyton!
Uber already explained Belichick lost on purpose so Manning would look really bad in the Super Bowl and therefore Brady would always be known as the better player.

While I would totally make something like that up, it actually happened.

Championship Sunday is the best football day of the year. That AFC game was awesome. Denver played the 49ers in preseason and I was like "Holy fucking shit Miller and Ware are scary." Haven't seen many Broncos games this year but I was thinking the same thing today. It was fun to see Old Man Manning look decent for a couple drives even if he did revert to total shit in the second half. It's really sad that the Panthers are going to make him look worse than Carson Palmer now. I really want to get on the Peyton hype train but even as good as Denver's D is I still just can't see it happening. They are going to have to have some actual offense to beat Carolina. Then again I thought the same thing about the Pats before today's game.

Speaking of Carolina, I AM getting on the Cam Newton hype train. Maybe I'm the last one on it because I almost never watch a Panther's game but that guy is a stud. Really looked like a future hall of famer in the last two games. It's funny how people used to give him shit for having bad body language and crying under his towel when things went wrong and now he's Mr. Charisma all the time. I guess maybe it has to do with the fact that they are winning all the time.

Been listening to sports radio and all they're talking about is how the book's closed on Manning vs Brady and Manning's the undisputed greatest

Other than them playing the game differently, they're both automatic hall of famers when it comes time (unlike your boy in Dallas...).
This is true, and they will still be talking about who was better 20 years from now just like Montana, Marino, etc. Because sports talk radio and people on the internet need shit to argue about.

The Patriots* haven't won a road playoff game since 2006. That is what happens when you can't fuck with the other team's headsets and take pictures of their playbooks and locker room whiteboards.

Plus they don't play many road games because they are so great, and let's just ignore Super Bowls as road games. Other than that your point isn't total shit.

I'd really like to see Denver and Peyton win it all and I'll be rooting for them. But I just don't, realistically, see them beating Carolina.

I'll, happily, jump on the "at least it won't be the Pats" train too.

Fuck Manning, I want to see DeMarcus Ware get a ring. I understand why Jerry had to let him go but he's still a beast. And I guess Wade too. Great DC and a good person to boot. Just a terrible HC though.

I wouldn't mind seeing Manning ride off with a ring, but I'll be rooting for Cam because he rustles so many uptight white cunts jimmies. The tears on my facebook page would be extra salty.

For the first time in forever, I don't really have a favorite. Usually there's a team I can root against, but I'd honestly be happy with either team. Manning getting one last ring would be an awesome story, and the Panthers are just incredibly deserving of it.

I would've been able to root for the Cardinals or Chiefs too. Kind of a weird year.

pats game was intense- both defenses played great. for the most part- one run by manning- one by anderson- the running game was CONTROLLED (by both sides) so manning had to beat the patriots with his arm, and if not for the denver pass rush- he wouldn't have been able to do it, however Denver's D played great and the O-line for the patriots played like SHIT-miller wolf ware were in the backfield practically unheeded all fucking night. mr i never miss an extra point missed(right after the announcer said he had made over 500 in a row...)- and it cost them the game- him making the extra point- if the REST of the game played out exactly the same- it would have been an extra point instead of a 2 pt conversion and we hed to overtime, but alas that was not reality last night.

the panthers game..god did the cards suck. i couldn't even make it through the half of that game...

i sure picked em this week.

Superbowl...that one is hard. can the D of denver smother the Carolina offense... that is the game right there. it does not matter what Denver's Offense can do vs the Carolina Defense, if Denvers D can hold Carolina under 20pts = Denver wins, if not, then Carolina will win by atleast 14.

offseason the patriots need to shore up their offensive line...BADLY.

I feel the same way. I said at the beginning of the playoffs that as long as the Seahawks or Pats didn't make it I would be happy so now I'm happy.

As a Pats fan, I can't look at these playoff games. They make you have heart attacks. Same with like playoff hockey. Always on the edge of your seat win or lose. Looking out of one eye...

I'm depressed.
