Apparently the Eagles are giving the Browns:

2016
1st Round (8)
3rd Round (77)
3rd Round (79)

2017
1st Round
3rd Round

You'd think the Eagles would've learned from their division rival in the Redskins that giving up a ton of picks for the 2nd best QB is retarded. The actual compensation is obviously lower, but the Eagles also have a starting QB on their roster already; the Redskins had Sexy Rexy.
Edit in a 2018 2nd round pick, thank you Eagles!!!

I can't believe they actually gave up that much for a QB that may not even pan out. Crazy stuff man. Just again emphasizes how important the QB position is for NFL teams right now.

Crazy thing is last year the Bucs didn't 100% NEED a quarterback, but after his performance last year I'm not regretting them drafting Winston one bit. Feel really bad for Mike Glennon, poor guy got shafted so hard by the team. I really hope they trade him before the season starts to a team he can make a difference on. In the end though I'm glad they drafted him without having to do something stupid like what the Rams and Eagles have done.

Unless both Washington and Dallas implode from injuries/ineptitude, Philly is going to end up outside the playoffs which means a top 20 pick. Browns (being the Browns) are now looking at two picks next year in the top part of the draft.

When the Chargers take Ramsey and TB moves up to #4 to take Tunsil, Dallas will get #9 #39 and Glennon.

Fuck, I love when teams lose their minds and give up all their picks for potential QBs. Sashi Brown, Browns GM will do the smart thing here (which feels weird to say that the Browns are doing anything smart). Walk away from the sexy pick, accumulate a team, and hope you find a Russell Wilson solution.

As a Boys fan, I'd be perfectly fine letting TB get Tunsil and acquiring #9, #39 & Glennon. That honestly wouldn't be too awful for TB either.

Apparently SD is getting a lot of interest in the #3 pick. Draft is crazy this year and it hasn't even started yet!

Dallas trades in the first round at a 80% clip, since they are at #4 with #1 #2 already being traded into trading up isn't likely. If SD takes Tunsil whose to say Cleveland wouldn't jump up to #4 for Ramsey? Hell I've heard crazy talk of the Titans jumping back to #4 for Tunsil and giving up the two 2nd round picks they got from the Rams along with #15 though I don't think that's happening. Only thing i know for certain is with the 4th pick in the 2016 draft, Dallas will not be selecting a player.

Huge gamble by my eagles but they've been so good on the off season I just gotta give them benefit of doubt here. They obviously believe Wentz is legit

Doubt that'll happen, Bucs o-line could use some help but it's not bad enough to warrant trading away picks for it. I could definitely see a pre-draft trade of Glennon for a late second or third round pick though.

If Ramsey is at 4, which is a huge maybe, Dallas will really have to be enticed to move out of that pick. It would take the Titans wanting to give up two 2nd rounders for Tunsil. Titans have apparently been shopping to get back into the top 10. Should get exciting.

Im also surprised TB hasn't moved Glennon for a 3rd also.

Watched some videos of Goff and this kid looks like the real deal. His accuracy and release are better than anyone I have seen including Luck. He routinely makes throws hitting guys in stride on the numbers.

This play pretty much sums it up and the Rams would be retarded taking Wentz I think. Throwing off your back foot beating bracketed coverage in perfect stride. Talk about NFL throw~Watch all that tape if you're bored vs Washington and you will see what I mean.

I wasn't paying much attention to the 2 QB's before we traded for the #1 pick but this is basically what I've come to as well. Which means...the Rams are picking Wentz for sure now. :/

Seems pretty retarded to move to #2 before the draft when the Rams haven't come out and said which QB they're taking, guess they're expecting the Rams to take Wentz too. lol

Also,

"Goff's deep ball is among the best in football. If we look at just passes that travel 20+ yards in the air, Goff has completed 19 of 26 passes this season, and two of the incompletions were dropped. That's an accuracy percentage of 80.8 on some of the most difficult passes in the game. That isn't just the best mark in the nation - only eight other quarterbacks in the FBS can come within 20 percent of that figure." - Pro Football Focus

"according to ESPN stats and information, Goff did not throw an interception inside the Red Zone in his entire career at Cal."

More reasons from reddit why the Rams will take Wentz. heh

So good in the offseason.

I think good means the opposite of what you think it means

Rams have a decent team (not good) and would be better served going Goff since he's more ready right now. It is going to take Wentz a while to adapt to the NFL. Everyone says going from college speed to NFL speed is like night and day. Imagine going from glorified high school speed to NFL speed in a few months. Also imagine Wentz going from living in North Dakota to LA. That would be fun on his ginger skin lol.

The 2 major problems with the Rams are Fisher and the complete lack of competent receivers. I'm not terribly thrilled giving up 2 drafts for one QB that'll have no one to throw to but what's done is done.

I'd like to hear your logic with this statement but you probably have none.. Eagles have done an awesome job trimming the fat. That deal they made with Miami was the best deal made all off season.

There is a lot of local talk here that the Eagles actually reached out to the Rams and were told who they plan to draft. How that actually works, is beyond me but we have dealt with them a lot so I'm guessing the rapport is there. The rumor is Rams with Goff.

When it's all said and done, Eagles basically gave up a 1, 2 and 3 to move up. We swapped 1's this year and each others 4th.

Unless they draft a legit QB.. Then it's oh fuck we gotta play the Eagles. I hate doing stuff like this b/c it is a huge gamble, but these so called professional scouts and GM/coaches think this guy is the real deal. If he turns out to be the real deal, there is no arguing if this deal was worth it. Getting a franchise QB means everything in the NFL and they obviously valued that over the positional players that would have fell to them.
