Dungy is fine. He wasn't even the best coach on the ballot though. The Hall is a fucking sham. This year's ballot is only slightly more offensive then when they wouldn't let a guy who was dead have his daughter do the acceptance speech.

Dungy couldn't win a Super Bowl with the team he created in TB, they needed to bring in a better coach. He started a season 13-0 and lost his first playoff game with Manning, he went to as many Super Bowls with Manning as Jim Caldwell did. What the hell is the sense of a Hall of Fame if Dungy is going to get in. Let's just let everyone in, make it the Disneyland of the NFL

I think Pace and Harrison both deserve to be in. So it's not completely terrible.

I don't have as much of a problem with Dungy getting in, he's had a huge influence on the game outside of just his head coaching.

Harrison does not deserve to be in if TO isn't in.

And yea, Dungy got in because of all the stuff he did for the league as an ambassador or sorts and his performance as a coach is just enough to justify it. Also, race.

Because L.A. fans are always so welcoming of perennial losers. It worked so well for the Rams the last time they were in L.A., right? I put the over/under on empty stadiums at about 5 years.
