no, their job is to create lines like that to sucker a bunch of people who will run with the over. on the surface, that looks like a safe bet, one would think? That's why it's a sucker bet. The people who set those lines really know wtf they are doing. When I see that I just assume Vegas thinks the Skins will win 7 or less games this year.

Just wow, when I thought I couldn't hate the Media anymore. Had Giants/Pats game going on in background, look over and there is a "Programming Alert" just to let me know they are going to switch to the 49ers game just for the national anthem before switching to another game. Not sure which is more sad, the media and their moronic behavior over the whole thing or the poor 49ers who only get shown so people can watch kaeper sit down for his PR stunt before they are ignored for another game.

I'll wait for whatever comes out through official channels. They didn't even catch the fracture on an xray, they only caught it a couple of days later with the MRI because he still felt some discomfort. That doesn't speak to me as something that'll take 8 weeks to heal, even at his age.

Honestly, if you do know who's winning the NFC East, you should be sprinting to Vegas: the Cowboys are Romoless for weeks (though AFAIK they haven't put him on the IR Boomerang yet, which suggests it could be shorter rather than later), the Redskins got an easy schedule last year yet still have a loaded offense, the Giants looked like crap in the preseason, and the Eagles rebuild still looks like it has years to go. With all the teams getting the AFC and NFC Norths, if might very well be coin flips for who the 8-8 or 9-7 winner is.
