I guess this weekend is a good reminder on why the games need to be played. Dallas didn't even play and suddenly they're the top seed in the NFC (4-1 conference record vs 3-1 for Minnesota).

Cue the week-long stories about Dak vs. Wentz.

What stories? Dak is a 4th rounder and 2-time Jerry reject (he first wanted Wentz then wanted to trade up for Lynch). If the Iggles don't win by 21, they are pathetic.

All douchery aside, it's pretty cool that this could be the first game in a long division rivalry between those two. I hate the Cowboys, but I'm actually glad to see Dak doing well. The NFL needs more good young quarterbacks to keep the league entertaining.

Eagles are going to need another strong defensive performance against an offense that has been handling their business against teams with a good defense for several weeks now. If anything it's going to be a chippy contest and probably come down to late in the 4th quarter.

Not gonna try and predict this game even a tiny bit.

watched just the pats and this one, liked the pats game better (well cuz i am a homer) game last night still in the top 20 on the leader board but did bad this week... (9-5 so far)

I will say I'm confident in the Dallas secondary in being able to limit the damage Wentz could potentially do. And I say "potentially" because Philly has the 30th ranked pass attack. If Dallas can contain the run game effectively and get ahead by a couple of TDs, then they have every reason to believe that Wentz won't beat them. That defense though, the O-line has their work cut out for them in pass protection.
