It's unreal how pathetic this is. Even scarier is the details of the would be trade. 2nd and 3rd round picks this coming year. Would have been a nice haul for Cincy for a guy they got in the 5th.

I live with Browns misery. Here in Cleveland, the local sports radio show hosts call Mondays during football season, "Therapy Monday." They play really sad sounding old blues songs during breaks. It is actually kind of funny. Oh, and then there is Halloween! People decorate their front yards with tombstones listing every quarterback the Browns have had since 99.
Browns have had 26 starting QB's since 1999. Just let that number sink in for a while. But we love misery here. The nickname of the stadium is, "the factory of sadness."

Let's be honest, real Browns fans (all 50 of you), you would welcome it if your franchise gets Clippered.
I would like to see the league step in. It completely fucks with competitive balance at some point. Bad drafting is one thing but to fail at calling in a trade? Come on. Most hilarious part is they tried to protest. What was their excuse really? Lost cell service? Didn't pay the their Comcast Triple Play Bill? They thought they were in Central time?

It's upsetting that's for sure - even if McCarron happens to be legit and goes to a rival. Now we might get nothing for him. Should have traded him during the offseason because there's no way the Bengals are going to move away from Dalton in the foreseeable future anyway.

49ers hitting the nuke button on pretty nearly anything Baalke touched at this point.
He come in with a ton of hype in the offseason, but he got picked on pretty often during the season. I suppose the writing was on the wall when he didn't start this last week, and only played sparingly in the 2nd half. He may turn out to be a good CB on a better team, but for the 49ers he got burned on the regular.
