Well, we got shit on but I fully expected it. Either way the game was a blast.
It sucked that we were literally outnumbered by Seahawks fans where we were sitting, but whatever. I guess when your team is as bad as the 49ers have been that is what you come to expect.
I can't wrap my head around why they didn't start Jimmy G, but I am thinking with the way he finished and how CJ struggled (along with getting injured) he will probably start next week.

I can't help feeling sorry for CJ Beathard. He has played pretty well for having defenders up his ass every play and then he gets beat up and Garappolo comes in for 3 plays in garbage time and instead of 3 hand offs like the backup QB would usually get he throws 2 precision passes and scores the only TD of the game. Even if CJ is okay it's going to be hard for them to not start Garappolo next week after those 3 plays.
Russell Wilson seems like a nice guy. I sure wish his hands and feet would break off.

I feel bad for Beathard too. 14 hits he took, not to mention all the punishment he has already taken. But sadly him getting sacked and hit so often is somewhat predicated on his inability to get rid of the ball, or escape the pocket.
He has some mobility, but he is a rookie and the game is moving too fast for him. Look at how bad the Seahawks oline is yet Wilson masks like 80% of those problems by being supremely elusive or quick with the ball. Imagine how many sacks Seattle would give up if Matt Moore was the QB.
49ers oline deserves blame as well, but Garoppolo under center will eliviate some of those problems, as he has much better pocket awareness and mechanics.

Refs at pats game are the newest team. The missed a blatant face mask against Lewis by suh. Only reason Lewis was tackled was suh had his mask.

I've never seen anything like it. The guy makes defenders look like they're chasing a greased pig at the fair. It's hard to rate him as a quarterback because he doesn't do it like anyone else, but you can't deny that what he does is effective.

Now you know what AFCN fans have been dealing with since Big Ben's been around. The dude somehow avoids 5+ sacks a game and then chucks a ball 25 yds downfield and the receiver converts it to a TD. It's fucking maddening.

That was hilarious. Crabtree was after some payback for Talib's punk play last year. Crab pushed Talib around like a toy. Then they both threw some girl punches and got ejected.
Even though Crabtree is basically our no. 1 receiver, I think losing Talib hurt the Broncos more. Carr took over after that.
Might not have Crabtree or Cooper for the Giants. Crabtree sucker punched Harris on a play before the fight and I would bet he gets suspended at least one game. Cooper is on concussion protocol. Carr still has a lot of targets and Marshawn is starting to get his legs, so it really depends on which schizoid Giants team shows up.
