Gretzky points won't ever be touched and most of Rice's records will be nigh impossible, Larry Fitzgerald is about the only one that's close on any stats and it's receptions. Two decent seasons and he could pass him.

Yeah clearly the points will never be touched, much like Rice's yards. I think the goal mark falls, though. I'm not as high on Fitz breaking the catch record. I just don't see two more ~90 catch years in him.

And this is why Rice's numbers are going to be so difficult to catch. I mean he caught 92 passes and went for 1200 yards when he was 40 years old. That's just insane production for a receiver at that age.
