Someone should let the bruins know Crawford is weak on the glove side, so they take more than one shot a game to it.

It's raw numbers. Crawford is weak on his glove. 53% of total goals score on that side. And 9 out of 13 goals the Bruins have scored have been there. You think each goalie doesn't have a rap sheet in this league on what saves they can make and where they're weak? Crawfords is pretty obvious.

Not really. The Bruins have been and always will be a Jekyll & Hyde team. We go from playing 'best in the NHL' styles of hockey like in the Penguins series, to playing boring non fluid drudge a la Maple Leafs games. Combine that with losing Campbell, probably Bergeron, and a couple of stupid OT bounces, and a series can be lost easily to a lesser team.
My whole point is just that everyone thinks Crawford is a God amongst goalies when he hasn't done shit with his career and is hiding behind the Hawks amazing offense. Did anyone happen to remember that Emery played almost half of the games for the Hawks this year? And that the "fans" in Chicago were ready to go to him and the first sign of weakness (a la game 4). People continue to defend him saying he doesn't have a problem with his glove when he obviously does. If we lose to the Hawks it isn't because we couldn't score.. it's because we didn't play.
Rask is a far better goalie. The caliber of saves he's making are leagues better than Crawford and Rask isn't a one trick pony. Did you see his save on Sharp last night? Not sure I have seen Crawford make anything of that quality to date.
Only me? Right, because they didn't spend an entire intermission talking about it including on screen graphics? And including plenty of articles by simply Googling 'Corey Crawford glove side'. It's where I pretty much got the discussion from in the first place.
Only way that happens is if he shuts out the Bruins tomorrow with a 40+ save performance. Or if there's nobody else worthy on the Hawks of it. Is there really? Patrick Sharp? Meh. Patrick Kane? Not really. I'd love to see Bergeron come back and win it even with the Hawks taking The Cup. It would be a giant pile of shit right in the Cheerios the Hawks plan to eat out of the Cup.
I don't think they'd even be mad about it Bane. Cup > whatever fantasy land scenario you're dreaming of.
