I will say though the past couple games our blue line has looked siiiiiiiiick.

Still need to spread the love on goals. TB is extremely top heavy right now. Paul is on a really bad cold streak, which means he'll probably get a hat trick in game 7 against the leafs and carry us to victory (again).

Most combined penalty minutes since 2016. 100% on the refs for two no calls on Lyon getting run over by baby Tkachuk. This clip was just the start.

Wings may be eliminated, but now my local ECHL team is in a playoff spot after being a dumpster fire for the first half of the season. Was fun to see this highlight from last night show up while watching the Rangers game today.

Jeeze, the effort by the break-away player is amazing. I've played hockey for almost 40 years, and when you're the offense chasing down the puck you have to fight against both the goalie and the defensive players who are working their asses off to get to you. The speed and presence of mind this guy had to slap it with his stick just before the goalie got to it is what made this goal possible. I just love plays like this. I love team play more than anything. This was a team play. That puck wouldn't have been available for the score if the back end of the ice wasn't working properly.

Hockey is the best sport. There are about twelve things happening in this one play. So fast. I love the sport.

Grasso is the most offensively talented guy on the team. He's on the small side but he's high effort all the time. As long as Utica doesn't steal our goalies for the playoffs, I like our chances against Newfoundland in the first round. They're the #3 team in the league but we have a winning record against them.
