That's not factual. Obama has produced a long form birth certificate and there is the newspaper birth announcement and he is POTUS.
That's strong evidence against him being a Kenyan vs Donald Trump's Many, Many, Many, Many Ties to Russia with absolutely no evidence to the contrary.
