if you have a costco near you they have 3060ti and 3070ti machines in store, like this one with a 3060ti is $900
i think its kind of a shit deal though since you are stuck with all the parts, you can't really swap anything out since they use cheap custom stuff that is very tight fit. if you go with something like nzxt, skytech, ibuypower, etc at least you can easier swap stuff around, like today nzxt has this 3080 PC for $1850
nzxt.com
which is "ok", $200-300 more than the raw parts but you don't have to spend any time fucking around. 16gb is kinda pathetic though, i'd want 64gb for any new PC but memory is cheap, I paid $150 for 64gb ddr4 last month and SSDs are ridiculously cheap, I see 2TB gen4s for $150 all the time now and 4TBs for $250 or less
if you don't like the idea of building your own just do what i did, buy all the parts yourself and find a local pc assembly shop and they will assemble and test your system out for $50-150. i paid a college kid who works at the local pc shop $150 and he assembled everything, tested it, put the shops good thermal paste, and did an amazing job with cable routing, fan assembly, etc. way cleaner than my dumb ass could ever do it.
use https://pcpartpicker.com/ to assemble your "dream" setup and you can setup alerts for price drops etc on parts.
