Been going gym since 2013, it was just something I wanted to and decided to do properly.

At the end of 2019 I left my job after ten years with same recruitment firm. There was some stuff going on and I wasn't happy with how I was being treated, I filed a grievance against the person responsible, suggested mediation etc but I ended up leaving with a settlement agreement. I was on anti depressants for the first time and I stopped going the gym (which is why I posted pics of me at 85kg in weight loss)

Going the sex club with her in January 2020 was a HUGE motivation for me to get back in shape. The reality is that due to my nature, being forced out of a company I've worked at for ten years could easily have left me bitter, angry and resentful. But she took an interest me and it was a big motivation to sort myself out mentally too.

I flushed the anti depressants down the toilet when I got back from the first weekend in Prague (although admittedly that was because I wanted to do coke with her in Berlin a few weeks later and didn't want to worry about any negative interactions)

I can't sustain motivation all year round. She is planning a big holiday with me and some others, so right now that's my motivation.

Who knows how much time I'd have spent there if everything else wasn't locked down. I haven't gone out regularly in UK since pre starting gym in 2013, so going out every weekend recently was a nice change.
