Good season. The ending made no sense to me however. He had everything he needed to get from them, so why the lawyer hit? He could still use her.
I don't like this being about Marty and Wendy fighting over this Khorum.
Helen and Wendy Girl Power duo is just... not interesting either. Wendy and Ruthie would have been better. It legit made no sense when Helen told Marty that it was his fault they were audited by the FBI because of the Cosgrove thing. Because the FBI agent tells Marty to his face that the audit was triggered by the purchase of a second casino.
I grew up about an hour west of Branson in Cassville, MO.
So I don't wanna read through this and get spoilers. Can anyone give me a run down on if this is worth the time to watch?
If you liked either of the previous seasons, then yes. It was very good. It had a much faster pace and more action than season 2.
Season 1 was alright, it's basically Breaking Bad without meth and a focus on the money laundering but with weaker characters and wife involvement from the start. I thought that season 2 was a boring rehash of the same themes from the first season and so haven't touched the third.ive not seen any of it

Yes it's worth watching. Breaking Bad lite.ive not seen any of it
I thought the same thing at first like "ugh, why this character and why now" but that dude fucking nailed it, that was really good. When they brought the character kind of nowhere I was really like "what a dumb thing to add at this point", well I was very wrong, the character is top notch and the actor's gig is Emmy / Globe material. They really nailed how relentless and harsh bipolar disorder is to someone and everyone around, like it's a genuine medical condition, not just a "dude cheer up" or "man just calm down" attitude.
I don't understand Wendy at fucking all, she's spent the entire season doing everything possible to dig her and their family in further.
Yeah, I get it, and yet the cartel will skin them all alive, including the kids. It's not an "if" but a "when". She's very smart, she surely knows this, there is no version of entrenching ties with the cartel that doesn't end with her dead, tortured children in a shallow grave somewhere in Mexico. She really enjoys it.
