The white guy has some amazing technique using his shoulder and arm to take most of the impact, while not doing so in a way that would fuck it up. I can't even imagine the damage if he had landed on his head, or with a stretched arm. The way he places his left foot seems to indicate he is fully aware of the movement happening.

Fedor is basically indestructible. You can hit him with everything you have and he just keeps coming. He may not be the mma GoAT but he is almost certainly the toughest of all time
