That video just makes it seem like amateur hour, which is what it is. Nothing to show except a mesh and another artwork/render. The codex looks awful, a decent UX designer could have knocked them up a pretty nice codex to show off in an afternoon.
They seem pretty unenthusiastic as a team and don't have anyone engaging on screen.
Judging from the videos I'd say so, just look at them. They'll need a serious injection of cash at some point and that's just not going to happen. I think the games in financial difficulty, but they won't say that.

At this point those streams are hurting them more than helping. There comes. A point in production where you have to put your head down and just focus on the work and not the fundraising, but they can't do this because the only thing keeping them afloat is nostalgia fueled hopeium donations from suckers.
