judging by Sparkles previous/current work, I'd say they are definitely working on something. now, the question you need to ask yourself is it a game you would even be interested in playing. something is getting made.
sucks, you were one of the few active posters. btw i noticed you downgraded to "Regular Member" about the same time I did. wishing for the best, but the continued lack of communication from the project heads are a deal breaker for me.

Brad's a douche, but it's his name and only his name on the Kickstarter, and I think he really did intend to make a game. It'd take more work than it's worth to prosecute him, and it's a very grey area.
Whereas:
Taking an IP like the Wizard of Oz and committing fraud with it when the original owners actually have money and lawyers is a whole different cuppa tea.
The end result is we all got confirmation just what his character really is. And anyone dumb enough to throw money at him should have learned a valuable lesson. Just my 2cp

Yea I canceled my sub when I found out Brad soloed the pantheon account and looted 45k. It didn't even let me finish the remainder of my month. And I can't even say I got a shitty t-shirt.
Don't limit yourself to one, there are so many deal-breakers to choose from. And no, there's really not something being made. There's a smorgasbord of bullshit being lumped into a project that will never amount to what most people recognize as a game.
The irony here is that they might actually make a game. Sparkling actually has made a few games (none that i would play) with little or no outside investment. She could make a game with or without Brad's help. I'm sure she and her "Visions" team are VERY keen on learning the in's and outs of creating a AAA title. So, there will at least be interest from that side for moving forward. This will be an interesting development to monitor for sure.
