So I noticed that my league map tab is withdraw only now it's in standard, but my "regular" map tab doesn't accept some maps. E.g. tier 1 shows a Beach map that doesn't exist in the tab from league.

Is that normal?

Yup, it's fubar. Lot of complaining on the forums. Eventually you will end up with a lot of remove only map tabs that can't be put into a non remove map tab. Atlas resets.

Map tabs get funky as they change around map tiers, your standard map tab still has the old tiers, tho, instead of the new ones? Might fix itself if you remove the old maps to empty the tier, so that the game doesn't delete a bunch of maps people have from prior leagues but maybe it'll require some patching stuff.

I still have a bunch of really old maps on standard, altho sadly none of the ones from way back in the day when you could roll mazes and stuff on them (open beta etc.).


Edit: I wonder if soulrend won't just be better as a supplemental skill for other ES builds that can make use of the ES leech than as a standalone skill or complement to ED since the leech won't really do anything for dot builds.

I don't see anything in the reveal post saying it's intended to be spammable any more than ed gets spammed for the extra damage from hits. It does say the dot lasts a short duration so maybe they consider 3.5s to be a long duration. I guess even if it's like 2s you can just grab the duration passives and use ID gem and still end up with a somewhat acceptable length.

"Standard" Melee (ala Heavy Strike) is beyond redemption at this point, and only an entire rework of armor and defense in proximity to mobs would start towards some sort of fix.

I stand beside my prediction that melee NEVER gets fixed in this game - not that prophetic 7 years in, but there you go.

A source of ES leech if you use it as a support debuff type skill, an additional DoT chaos spell, builds using both would be better for high level bosses?

What's the point of 90% of the skills when there is another one that has a similar effect/style?

Someone said they released them about midday for the past couple leagues their time so that would be in about 3-4 hours or so.

I find him to be the most entertaining of the PoE streamers. It's pretty hilarious everytime he dies in HC, lol.
