I had that spoilered for me actually.For your next trick, explain what was going on with Sean Farquhar's one ;p
He uses three decks. One that is all of a specific card. He forces the card pick this way.
Then he switches decks to a standard deck with normal cards. This is what all the joker/bonus card shuffling is about.
Then has a box with a perfect deck order deck minus the forced card. This deck is pulled slightly out between where the card is going to be placed so it is easy so slide it in, and there is this small wedge thing, hard to explain, that he uses to slide the card in and reseal the bottom part of the packaging. The plastic actually has a fine line in it to let the card slide through and the wedge somehow seals the plastic behind it.
Obviously the whole thing involves incredible sleight of hand (that is what Penn means when he says he "saw a move he shouldn't have." He saw the deck switches, but could not figure out how he got the card back in the sealed pack).
