People must really suck at this game. I don't think our squad is all that good, and yet we keep ending up in the top 1% (we're all around top 0.2% right now). It takes about 3 matches before we break the top.

If you don't hot drop, it isn't too hard to get to a top 10 situation (since you can actually get geared and don't get fucked by the RNG lottery as badly).

I don't know what that really has to do with anything though. I actually just looked us up on the pubg.op.gg website and we're between #870 and #2161 of all players (I'm the 2161 because I haven't been playing with them all the time).

Granted, we've got a 14% or so win rate, but still. How fucking terrible is everyone else that our old asses are that highly ranked?

I'm not sure your crews playstyle and such. But A) You might be better than you think and B) this game is more about decision/game sense than it is raw handeye/aim/skill. Age also isn't much of a factor unless you're talking about a group of 40/50s something's then good on you~!

I think what he's getting at is if you play slow, avoiding major fights before looting and prioritizing team safety first and foremost, and/or edge teching. You're bound to get top 20 / 10 with essential zero effort.

I've wondered the same thing. I don't consider myself good, but I've earned plenty of chicken dinner's in Solo, Duo and Squad. Hell, I played my first solo game in FPP, which was also my first solo game in 2 months last week and won it.

I don't feel like a super good player, but I have no idea how i stack up versus the general population.

First time on in a week+. Game felt weird. Smooth as fuck and almost like turbo mode at times then weird fucking 12fps drops during firefights and just randomly running around. Super weird. Played Squad for about 7 hours, got 3 wins and 2 2nd places. Sitting on a 20% win rate and 35% headshot rate in squads for the season. Mostly because at the beginning you have no ranking so you're placed with garbage players. Won it mostly by playing the blue like a non-doofus. Did get a AWM with a 15x but it actually ended up costing us 2nd because it was wayyyyy too much scope for the 150m circle at the end. Also bunch of garbage shit like Winchester neck shots for 80% and AK buttshots for 10% hp on people. Also confirmed this nifty little bug which I pretty much suspected for a while. Ever fire a full clip of P911 and feels like you fired like 5 shots instead of the full 7? Well. You fired 7 bullets, you just fired them 5 times:



Not how he fires one shot that hits my teammate and kills me ( I WTF'd REAL hard when it happened in game). Unless they added bullet pen that ain't right, Bobby!

Servers felt really good late last night, not sure if it was a fluke or not. I assume they reversed that cheating patch since I had an update before we started playing.

Played about 10 rounds last night, 1 win, 1 second place. Really responsive, felt good.

After playing a few rounds on Test yesterday I can't wait for the audio changes. FUCK THE PLANE'S NOISE.

I wish instead of doing bullet penetration on players, they would just get rid of this nonsensical arm and hand damage and shit. Making things more complex unnecessarily doesn't add game quality, it's just piling shit on shit

new map, we drop pecado or los leones, becuase fuck that map. Island map, i rather get a gun and some decent loot instead of trying to kill folks with a shotgun or pistol. Old map, play differently.

Again fuck new map. it sucks.

I love both maps, and land Pochinki / Pecado pretty much 24/7... until my squad bitches about it. Usually queue with two potatoes that we often joke to win a chicken dinner one must be sacrificed and we proceed to kill him.

I'm not sure how people have an issue finding guns though. I think 8/10 games I manage to get a gun landing hot, granted pistol > shotgun > smg > ar. I don't like school/hace, because its just a scramble.

Pecado, I never land at Beuno, Arena, or Casino. Usually the stacks and the houses by the stacks.

Chinki, the 5 houses on the outside on the eastern side? It's just better to work in.

Land, establish control, move forward.

Walk out from either of the city w/ 4-10 kills.

/shrug come fite me
