No, it has mediocre IVs and the worst possible charge move. I would consider leveling a 95+ dragonite from that low of a level if it had dragon claw or hyper beam because a pre-evolved dragonite is basically the equivalent of 125 free candy, but definitely not that thing.

I got some heavy duty water proof boots last winter, what I'm looking for this winter is warm gloves without fingertips but with something I can easily pull on and off the end so my fingers aren't always exposed if I don't want.

I'm further north than Michigan, and it gets colder (but less snow) than the UP.

There's a lot of eggs here (Paris, France). The senate park has at least 2 or 3 of them up at any time, and a lot of spots pop them regularly. I don't even hunt for them, and have 140 candy waiting for one or two high IV one to pop with good moveset once evolved.

There's been a Snorlax popping two or three times a day within range of the office. No idea where it is, colleagues couldn't find it. We're all waiting for the pokestop pics go live so we can figure out where exactly it is (guess: the other side of the railway).

Things that are obscenely rares here: Charmanders. Everyone I know who has one got it from an egg.

Going to take a break at 33 till smoke clears. 33-34 estimated at 32 hours is a long time....can still login on my phone so I don't believe I was banned....yet

There are different types of bans

I can login and catch pokemon but I can't loot pokestops and haven't been able to for 12 hours
