She was one of the first gods I rolled.

Been slowly feeding her toytops and duplicate parv's since march. Got 3 toytops this godfest for the last two skill ups to max her. She will be perfect for the Athena team.

When you only roll 2-5 times, its all random, you just don't have the stamina to outlast the shitty times in the machine. My two gold eggs were 5* Toytops and 5* Alarune. 2 Silver and 1 shitbird 3*. I can't believe how poor my luck is at pulling the lever.

The odds to hit gold suck in general, and its only compounded that there are only a couple of good gods in each pantheon.

I'm pretty fortunate to have pulled everything I need without Iap, but without my seventh roll this godfest would have been a giant bust.

Right, but being IAP isn't necessarily about pulling a perfect box, its just about pulling a consistently more interesting one. I would have been satisfied with any of the 10 gods on godfest even if it was a color I don't really play. There is a difference between pulling a suboptimal god as opposed to the most powerful ones and the 50th golem.

That's why I stopped when I did - I didn't necessarily roll anything great, just something different.

Also, grats to DF and Sorrows on your Zeus Dioses.

I just couldn't bring myself to run Dios, I didn't have a team to keep the stone count under 5. I did blow 5 stones trying for an astaroth though. That was dumb.

Finally joined the sensation and this game has captured a bit of my time
I never rerolled and have been having a blast from beginning
I was leveling a team and getting the feel and then all at once looted 4 guys superior to my team I had been painstakingly leveling
I'm still holding onto them, but I'm feeling its near time to go, and feed them to my leader for their +1's

Team: blue starter, dub-sapphilit, keeper of light, keeper of light, dragon fruit

I have a lvl 17 +1rcu Black Knight, skill lvl2 (which is difficult to raise), that in trying to convince myself to fodder

So, I was camping this weekend and out of service. Just managed enough to log into the Hera-is dungeon. Got back with 30 minutes left on the godfest timer. I gave up on Hera with 5 minutes left on Godfest timer, and rolled 6 times...a bunch of Riders and Haku.

Then, with 1 minute left, I decide to roll on my alt account (I thought you got stones for 50 days logged in, but apparently not). 1 roll...AA Luci. FML.

I didnt have any XP saved up to power level SoD

Speaking of powerleveling, I rolled a Uriel and realized now my Noel Dragon Rouge is nothing but a sweet, sweet mass of XP. Shouls I feed it to:

Shiva (after evo)
Uriel (after evo)
Valk (currently Great level 37 - and if so, before or after evo?)
Horus (currently evolved level 60)
Goemon (after evo)

Dang, even listing that makes me realize how many red evo mats I need. Thoughts from those who have some or most of the above?

For me it would be a decision between Goemon and Horus...

You will see a much bigger stat gain for the first 1.5M xp on Goemon... than you will with Horus... I use Horus much much more than I use Goemon... but I also don't use Goemon as a sub for my red team but use Horus on a sub for almost every red team...

Goemon becomes relegated to trophy status pretty quickly... but does make some farming easier, whereas Horus is used constantly for almost everything....

I hate Horus.

I just don't like the playstyle at all.

I left my valk up earlier and came back to 38 folks having used it.

Yeah if you dont like the playstyle... dont pump him up more....

I ran out of Horus helpers on list so started using Valks... with horus lineup... not too bad...

Horus is also useful for the Goemon Zues team by the way...


My biggest complaint of the Valk team is the lack of HP...

I prefer to sit around 18k in my farming teams now... allows me to just zone out and mindlessly match stuff. Can't do that with Healer Girls

I've been using Valk leads with Valk, Siren, Echidna, and CoC Healer. All max skill.

With another max skill valk ally I have 3 heartbreakers on a 5 turn cool down, Red to heart and dark to heart on 5 turn cool downs, Echidna on a 10 turn. Hp is usually around 12k. Most floors I just sweep matching 5 of a kind. Bosses explode with a few orb changes.

Nice alternative to playing my blue Odin team all the time.

edit: Also a total non-iap team.

edit part 2: When I really do not want to think about the game (ie still pay attention on conference calls and online meetings) I go with twin dark Kagu leads and 4 ancient dragons at max skill 4 turn cool down timers. 20k per turn from the orb match. I use this to farm the tier 5 levels, stage 3 for max sta/exp ratio and +eggs when it's on 1.5X.

Haha yeah... watching the GF play on my old account and struggling through the stuff after castle of satan in abyss is pretty funny when kaga can clear it with just matching an orb..

Really interesting how common tactics like stalling or and targetting are a huge eye opener once you pick them up... but waiting for someone to come up with that idea organically is like waiting for lightning in a bottle :p

Question: a colleague came back from a business to Japan and told me that they a TCG for puzzle and dragons there and if he should bring some packages/decks next time. Do they have some loot goodies in them or is the card game fully separated, anyone know?

From JP side, its completely separate.

But if you do play on the JP side... you could ask him to get you some JP itunes gift cards for stones... easy way to bypass region restrictions.

I really hope the noels come back soon. I'm torn if I would want to pick up a blue one for a leader or green on for xp feeding.
