You weren't doing the normal Hera I'm guessing. Hera-ur or is. Zombie teams won't work on them iirc from reading. Hera has first 4 floors of demons, devils, and knights only, then 1-on-1 bosses.
lvl 32 Orochi
lvl 68 Amenouzume (is my normal mono red lead but used her for the autorecover)
lvl 50 lilith for poison (just lilith)
lvl 50 ice samurai ogre (this was great first 4 levels to get rid of red devils)
lvl 57 underlord Hades.
friend was ohkami around lvl 80.
My total HP was 10552. Without amenouzume's autorecover I would have died on Hera as Ohkami wasn't healing enough by herself to hit 50%.
I really got lucky on mobs, though. Not a single demon the entire time (just knights and devils), though I was willing to spend a few stones. Red devils I used ogre to 1-shot then concentrated on greens/yellows then got all my skills back up before next round. All were fully awakened except for lilith and orochi. Floor 4 I got great nuke combos and never even got hit (though did Grav them)

Oh, yeah, my bad. I was doing the Hero Descended dungeon, not Hera.
My team for that was:
Queen Persephone, ~60
Keeper of Rainbow
Ghostring
Chaos Devil Dragon, ~40
Vampire Lord, 70
Friend Rebel Seraph Luci
Have about 37 or 38k hp, but it wasn't enough damage to burn them down before I got smoked. I think I maybe killed one vampire and the 2nd was almost dead, 3rd not even close.
My team for that was:

There's a pretty reliable Drawn Joker/Odin team for doing Hera. You just need like 9k HP to survive Hades hit and 2autoheal awakensin the team(besides Odin's 1). Just like zombie the only hard part is the first 4 stages if you get unlucky, but you have more wiggle room since not reliant on low HP and lots of healing and Uvo'd DJ will half the damage from both Dark/Blue for extra safety. It's all automatic once you pass the first 4, autoheal will always get you back to full before the next attack.

I've got an Ult Evo'd Amaterasu. Think I could piece together a team with Amaterasu/GOdin and knock out Hera before it disappears?

IF anyone's bored and wants to give advice on what I should work on, dungeons/teams, please feel free. Here's my favorited chars, will work on filling out as I can. Didn't complete Awakenings, skills, or +s.

Got Burning Valkyrie but a week ago so want to build a healer team, too.
Add an Ares friend in there and I can own most normal/tech dungeons, though I might need to go Godin/nebra or Healer.

I only got lilth till a few days ago from PAL. Had Copperhead from batman collab as one just to have for poison, and haven't been able to get the blue birds from Angry Birds collab. With poring past couple days have been able to get lilith to lvl 3 though.

You have a decent fire team with Shiva lead if you get him leveled/uvoed. Shiva/Gigas/Ifrit/Echidna/Amen

I maxed my Chu, Sieg, Valk, and Lilith. Also had enough to Uvo mastering, but I ran master pouring all week. It was actually really good exp and very easy for a typical R.sonia or healer team.
Has anyone else done the new Hera? I just cleared it on Legend with a luci team. Very easy. Only difficult part was making 6 or more combos consistently on Hera but really you just have to stall and wait for gravity and MS past 50%.
