Considering how she fabricated everything else, I think its a safe bet to assume a smack addled hooker is probably not telling the truth, unless evidence to the contrary is provided.

I was actually asking for proof that I told her brother whatever message she's claiming, but I guess evidence of a broken nose would be entered in this case.

Plus hooking is generally a mostly victimless crime, so unless there is another reason to bust them or they are trying to clean up a specific section of town, the "escort" level hookers are not likely to get busted. Having an outstanding warrant for drug paraphernalia would seem to be a good enough reason to nab her, though. But I don't see the cops skimming through the escort sites looking for people, though.
