Again, speaking as the the ex in that situation, she will answer anytime he needs a booty call up till you knock her up or put a ring on her finger. Basically, as long as she can justify to herself that you guys aren't really super serious or aren't "on a break".

So I signed up for eHarmony about a month or so ago because I got 65% off and thought "Well, maybe this whole guided dating thing will work out because it isn't 100% in your face match after match endless possibilities, new toy syndrome".

eHarmony fucking sucks. I put "Very Important" for the physical fitness question and 50% of my daily matches (of which you only get 4-6) are fat hogs, and another 40% don't even have profile pictures. So then I tried their "What If" feature and it is literally Tinder. A small blurb and pictures and that's it.

I have no experience with dating sites but I'd expect that the 8s and 9s don't have to do a lot of work to get dates when they're on the market. Word gets around.

What? eHarmony asks you questions and then sends you matches. They do not allow you to do searches or set many preferences, and the preferences I did select are not even being followed. The matches they are sending me are all fatties or have no picture. I was complaining about eHarmony specifically, not online dating sites in general.

I don't post selfies here because I don't give a shit what you think of me and alot of the people here take things too far. I enjoy my privacy.

I really love all you guys who have never used an online dating site and have been out of the dating game for 10+ years acting like you know anything about the current dating scene.

You know why the 8s, 9s and 10s use dating sites? Because they can. Because nearly every single person I've ever met does. Because it's instant validation that you're desirable. Because you get even more attention. Because people are shallow.

I wasn't asking you for a selfie. Not sure how you read that. I was just pointing out that you were getting shitty results because maybe there is a shitty selection on eHarmony.

My only experience with dating sites is watching a single guy I know use PoF for random hook ups. They were, every one of them, nasty ham beasts that he used just as a receptacle because they were DTF. But, then again, he lives in country bumpkin Midwest (the UP, where the men are men and the women are too) so I guess that is what I should expect.
