I guess I'm interested to see a trailer later this next year. Could be fun especially if it's like Christmas film. I don't know the directors pedigree.

Maybe it'll have full frontal nudity like the first one. I remember much about the second one but the third one was okay for it straight to VHS b movie. The stuff at the military base at the end was pretty good.

Everybody thought they were looking at Linnea Quigley's clam in that scene, but it would have gotten an x rating. They made her wear a pussy cover. According to the making of documentary. Also the old man who showed the young guy around at the beginning was a local celeb around here. He was the ”Pathmark guy. "

At the end they nuked the town, which was awesome, and spread the toxins to the surrounding areas. Shit should not be happening 18 months later but the next day.

I have low expectations.

Later attempts to make something out of this franchise or even attempts to do something with the original Night of the Living Dead have all been pretty shitty. The SciFi original tier sequels are bad. Every in-name only reboot outside of Zack Synder's Dawn of the Dead has been terrible. There's an anniversary edition of Night where someone tangentially related to the original production shot new scenes and edited them in and it's horrible. The 1990 remake of Night with Tony Todd and Patrician Tallman from Babylon 5 barely made money and that had Tom Savini and Romero.

If this new film is anything other than terrible I'll be shocked. I've watched a bunch of this shit over the years and never have I been pleasantly surprised with what was presented.

Return of the living dead 2 is very good and it's funny. It's mostly for laughs, but that's alright. House 2 was also funny.

The Tom savini Night of the living Dead remake out of the late '80s or early 90s was actually really good. Had Tony Todd and the white chick who look like a Molly ringwald .

You're right though that a lot of the other ones are pretty terrible.
