Mmm...I dunno. Maybe when deployed, in combat operations or in the field? I def remember senior NCOs who would make sure their soldiers got to eat first, but that's not in a chow hall or DFAC I don't think.

Perfect opsec posts as we discussed! We picked foler up yesterday and flew him down to the shit so we could liberate some more tanks and sam systems. Figured he could do a ride along with my team. I'm surprised to say this but he did really well. Followed orders (almost pathetical so) and although he's really green, he learned a lot. Not happy about the PT regiment we've put him on though. I've got him working some secretarial tasks right now and told him to keep on with his posts as it's good opsec practice. He's a good boy.

IMHO, it's never a '1 shot, 1 kill' kind of thing, for a TON of reasons.
You can still fuck it up, hence why training is so very important.
I do remember getting 'sgt's time' training about where to hit various vehicles with AT-4s. Specifically what to aim for from front/side/rear
No idea how they are resupplying all the randoms who are ambushing. They could have warehouses full of shit, while people in the middle of BFE already used up whatever 1-shot weapon they had and are now like "Man, I could *REALLY* use a 2nd one right about now"
But you know, one thing I've been thinking about a lot...is that everyone in the west seems to be laser focused on how Ukraine 'has disrupted Russian supply lines' or how difficult it is for them, logistically...but you don't hear about Ukrainian difficulties in resupplies, or even stuff like "Yuri and his friends ambushed several Russian convoys, but then Russia starting deleting grid squares with arty and now we haven't heard from them in 9 days" or shit like that.
