It looked great and was a cool setting but it was so much more fairy tale or parable than a science fiction story. He wanted have this very specific message and it warped the whole story until it didn't really make all that much sense. The medical beds might as well have been magic.

Oh god those where just pants of head retarded. I think it just goes to show lefties honestly believe the only reason everyone doesnt get heart transplants is because rich people are hoarding all the hearts and purposely fucking over non rich people.
