That's the endpoint side of a USB 3 cable. Usually used for going from a USB 3.0 port on the host to something that's going to act as a USB hub.

What's ubiquiti's best router for speed? Comcast is slowly boosting everyone to almost gigabit speeds and there are areas in my house with deadzones. Thinking of wireless point and router.

You need the mesh products for that.Ubiquiti's should have the capability to do wifi range extending leap frogging off each other's wifi.
