RUINER

Picked this up last night and put an hour in.

Cool game. Elements of Hotline Miami, but more depth.

The upgrade system is cool, you can assign and re-assign skill points to test out different builds or styles.

Dash mechanic is fun and lets you go from melee to range very fluidly.

Difficulties seem nicely balanced. Easy is not too too easy, you will still die once and a while but can S or S+ a stage. Normal is a bit of a challenge, you will most likely die fairly often. Nice thing is you respawn and jump back in to combat almost immediately.

Has the "ok, just one more room" effect.

They got me by using sidewalks and skeletons in the trailer $$

Main downside so far is that the controls are currently not re-mappable.


The music is awesome.

Reminds me of Crusader No Remorse. I'll pick it up later.
