Its way nicer now because you can just get some leds that are white/colored/sparkle etc all in one strand. But yeah, no on the white lights

No. There's no sexual aspect to my mental illness of having Gender Dysphoria that makes me a tranny.

It'd be similar to you (I assume you're a hetero guy) rubbing your inner arm to increase sexual pleasure if you were masturbating or being intimate with a woman partner. So that thought you just had of "why the hell would I rub my inner arm to get off?" is the exact same feeling I get with my own feminine body. It's my own body... there's nothing gratifying about it whatsoever. If I rub my tits (and I know they look amazing) it does as much for me as rubbing my ankle. That is to say... nothing.

Do you get morning wood or does that whole area just kinda not work like that anymore due to medication or something?

Haven't had morning wood in 7 years since transition. Yes, your intuition was correct that meds affect that. (to answer the probable [possible?] followup) Yes I can still get hard though via sexual arousal with a partner I'm into and have good sex. My kinda-ex posted here briefly if you care do dig around in the rickshaw or my thread a bit. Jessika.
