Yep, a good blade combined with a good shaving cream/oil routine will offer almost no resistance. My beard is really coarse, the only blade to ever offer that feeling for me are the feathers, most others tug to varying degrees. If you prep properly and use a blade that gets along well with your face, very little pressure is required. That's what causes most people to nick/cut themselves when first starting, they push way too hard. I always err on the side of too little pressure when testing out a new blade, you can always push a little harder on a second pass if the first pass didn't do much.
