Going to try that Tropical Skyrim after I finish my first playthrough... which might be another 100 hours. lol

Current mods I'm using with all the DLC are W.A.T.E.R. / SKSE / SMIM / Sky UI / Ruins Clutter / Cat. favorites menu / Dynamic Snow / A Quality World map / Unoffical skyrim patch

Does tropical skyrim change anything other than the textures/models? does it overhaul npcs, quests, dialogs or anything else in the world?

I installed it this morning after I lost my companion in the Soul Cairn of the Dawnguard DLC (pretty much fucked me over since my last real non quick save was like 2 hours prior).

It's only textures/models from what I see. Wolves are Raptors, bandits have new clothing. The grass and trees are ridiculous though, a bit too much. It's like fighting in a rainforest, can't see shit.

As a new player, are there some mods that can be recommended to me by chance? I'll cycle through the rest of the thread as well when i get home tonight but was hopin to have a small list someone could provide.

When I install from the site you linked, do I have to put them in the game folders myself or will they go there on their own like then do from the Steam Workshop?

Download the Nexus Mod Manager. I paid for a 1 month sub so that I get the max download speed, since some of the files can be over 400MB.

Also, do you have all the DLC? There might be some conflict with not having certain DLC if you installed something that requires it.
I use Nexus Mod Manager to fix the load order of my mods.
This is my load order.
