^I'm pretty sure the chips for that already exist, but who the fuck wants to cram full windows on to a phone? That would be a nightmare on UI alone, not to mention the abysmal battery life such a device would have.
No, it's a physical design flaw.I remember reading about some issues they had with #bendgate, is that taken care of?
It really depends on your coverage. Tmobile doesn't have low spectrum towers so has bad problems with building penetration. I had them briefly and coverage outdoor and in the city was great with fast data speeds. But inside coverage was non existent and the wifi calling stuff basically resulted in a lot of dropped calls and duplicate texts to people. So I went to AT&T. As always, YMMV.Anyone have any experience with this Tmobile unlimited data + text for 2 lines for $100 month plan through 2016 they are offering right now? It seems like an insane deal and if it works with the jump plan I may seriously have to drop my AT&T grandfathered plan for it.
I pay $179 right now for AT&T smartphone grandfathered plan for two lines and if we use AT&T Next when our contract is up in a couple of months it looks like it would up our bill by $66 dollars a month ($33x2) to $245/month. The same plan setup through Tmobile looks like it would cost me $120/mo (100$ mo for two lines + 20$/month for to jump plan subs)
So what is the obvious that I am missing? Is Tmobile really going to save me $120/month!? Note I have ordered the Tmobile test drive phone to see how the coverage is in our area so here is hoping it's good.
All accounts I've read is that iPhone 6's bending is pretty rare (short of the idiots trying to bend their phone on purpose). And if it does happen, then you can just get a replacement. No, it's a physical design flaw.
Yeah I mean I'm not a hipster with tight pants and I never put my phone in my back pocket (I'm not a highschool girl). All accounts I've read is that iPhone 6's bending is pretty rare (short of the idiots trying to bend their phone on purpose). As long as you don't put it in your back pocket and sit on your phone, you'll probably be fine.
Your friend has small, woman handsOne thing interesting is my friend had that humongous Note 2 or whatever it was and also had to have wrist surgery. He said he had to trade it in because texting on such a large phone was causing him all sorts of problems and basically had doctor's orders that he could no longer use it.
I've had my 6+ since release day. I keep it in my pocket all the time. Had it in my pocket for ~1000 sq ft of flooring and other renos and it didn't bend, so, you must have to be the king of morons to bend the thing by accident.Yeah I mean I'm not a hipster with tight pants and I never put my phone in my back pocket (I'm not a highschool girl).
My guess if I'd have to wager is that the alloy they use sometimes having a weak point there and sometimes not depending on how it cools/forms. It's barely a bend on his though keep in mind, honestly if he didn't call attention to it, even as my own phone I probably wouldn't have noticed, it's VERY slight - something that likely wouldn't have been mentioned without bendgate.I don't even understand that. I've been less than careful with mine and it still hasn't bent. Who knows, maybe it's carelessness combined with structural defects in some phones more than others?
