It's all about balance. Sometimes you need just a little but of sugar with something that might be super savory and spicy just to give it that little nudge. Doesn't have to be a damn half a cup, but maybe a teaspoon or two depending upon how much you're using.I will put brown sugar in my chicken rub...other than that, no thank you
I mean honestly why does my taco seasoning need sugar? Or my Seasoned Salt?
That is what pisses me off, Like you said, I could see it in something like a rub but they just add it to EVERYTHING because it is addictive and serves no purpose other than that
Apparently she ditches the dwarves to hang out with the bandits for like half the movie.
That would indicate that they reshot it to add the Dwarfs and that the diverse bandits were indeed the original replacements?Apparently she ditches the dwarves to hang out with the bandits for like half the movie.

You do see it in a lot of pre-made spice blends but I think that's because of balance and also to help with bark and browning. That's definitely more predominant than any sort of barbecue rub, but you don't ever see him something like herbs de Provence.
I just know when cooking anything and I'm tasting it before it's ready, I let my wife taste it too and we can normally dial in what I might be missing, whether it be a little bit of sweetness to balance out something that may have gotten too salty, getting a little bit of acidity with a splash of vinegar or lemon juice. If you screwed up something there's always an option to balance it back out.
Worcestershire sauce is versatile because it adds that little bit of sweetness that something might be needing but has all of the other elements to make something tasty, specifically umami.
If I use sugar that would typically brown sugar, or I'll use honey.
I always believed you had to cook, but it's probably because you just use massive amounts of oyster sauce, hoisin, and other Oriental sauces.salt and sugar is just cheaper than other spices, so they "cut" the blend by adding in bulk salt/sugar
Why did they need look for Colombian women? How were they unable to find an attractive Colombian woman to put in this movie? Normally the Spanish language media hates that hot white Colombianas dominate all tv shows and movies filmed south of the border.
LOL. He said Anton Chigur has better hair than her. LOL.So this video has 2.6 million views in under 24 hours.
It's getting more interest than the actual movie.
