The reason why he is here is that the English press apparently loves him. In his last job he was basically saying "I wish I was in England where they respect me". He is awesome, like a footballing Robert Downey Junior.
Though I'd have preferred a draw, I'm not hugely disappointed. Nor was I a bit surprised by Mourinho fielding two, well-organized lines of four defending players. He was hoping for a bit of luck with the scoring because, without Hazard, they're the only Top 4 side without any offensive brilliance. Feel for Gerrard, doubt anyone's more down than him. Even if the accident does end up costing us the title, I think it's a meager price for his loyalty, dedication, and application over the years.

Bash Manchester? Did I miss Chris posting the last couple of pages about how Liverpool is a shithole in it's entirety?
