the original sinister six had Kraven the hunter but we have not met him...Yet.

another had Shocker
one had Rhino
another chameleon
one scorpion
several had more than 6 in it. including kingpin
Zombies version of sinister six included GG, but i do not think we are doing Zombies here.
ultimates version of the Sinister Sox also had green goblin in it
the 25th anniversery spiderman had GG Ock vulture sandman electro and mysterio....

I think Lizard is confirmed for this or I thought I read that somewhere. Maybe the plan is to have all of Spiderman's villain's who died in the prior movies so that makes the 6:
Mysterio (maybe with real powers instead of drones)

The other option is to have this be the into for Kraven instead of Mysterio as mentioned above, they already have an actor attached for his solo film (MCU Quicksilver dude)
