No surprise they've got a real estate bubble. Jesus. This show made me wonder if personal debt really was a big issue in Korea. Holy fuck:
South Korea's youth debt binge shows no sign of slowing as rate hike looms
When South Korea announced new lending curbs last month, Joe Park, a 34-year-old grocery chain purchasing manager, scrambled to borrow more money before the tighter rules took effect.www.reuters.com

most likely not gonna happen, from directorWill watch a Season 2 if it exists which it will after half the planet watches Season 1.
The games in Alice are great, but the manga ending sucks.I'm only about a 5/10 on this one. Alice in Borderlands was much more my speed for this somewhat related genre show.
The main, personal, complaint was that this was just too mean and sad. Not that it was violent or had a little blood or whatever. But just the slow burn and watching everyone die, get killed, kill each other, watch each other die. It was just too heavy. Again this is a very individual taste thing and nothing really to do with the quality of the show. As a show it was pretty cool. I do wish the games were a little more involved or intricate and allowed for flexibility.
Another complaint is that once you pull back the curtain on this type of thing it gets too convoluted. I mean, even more convoluted than the premise is to begin with. Seeing all the minions interacting behind the scenes and all that stuff. I would rather it were confined more to just the players and their back stories. There was enough there without the other things.
I was ready to jump right in to Alice Season 2 b/c it was fantastical / sci-fi enough to engage me. This was like watching 9 episodes of torture porn with zero happiness.
Will watch a Season 2 if it exists which it will after half the planet watches Season 1.
