I thought this was the old republic stuff they originally hinted at? They never actually said it was the bioware old republic that I can recall, just based on an earlier version of the republic

this is some retarded internet twitter shit, Bob Iger announced he was stepping down as CEO almost four years ago in 2016, he's been in the job for 15 years (at Disney for 25+) and saw the transition of Disney from a $50b business to a $335 billion business, arguably the most successful media/entertainment company now on the planet. There are a bunch of headlines "Bob Iger abrubtly resigns as CEO" "Bob Iger fired!" etc etc, do people in the media do zero research now?

This is like someone announcing Obama was fired by the American People in 2016 and Trump came in to redecorate the White House at the request of George Washington.

This is all part of the transition plan. The new CEO will be reporting to Iger still. When the CEO is ready Iger will probably fully retire then.

No single main character, huh?

I guess they forgot that Star Wars was very much centered on Luke. He was the main character in a cohesive story. The fact that the supporting characters were well crafted doesn't make him less of the stories central pivot.

You can do Star Wars without Han Solo. It's not as good, but you can do it.

It's gonna be a woke mess.
