I think my favorite part of the family guy parodies was them reminding everyone that the Ewoks ate people, and that when you hit someone with a lightsaber they get chopped into pieces.

A hard R Great Jedi Purge movie would be ideal.
You could make a really fucking morally grey movie. See how well/how poorly the Jedi live up to their ideals while they're being hunted down like dogs.

Except the vast majority of the Jedi died either to Order 66, or when the Jedi Temple was sacked. Aside from the Kessel Conclave, which may not even be canon any more, almost all of the remaining Jedi were picked off either singly, or in master/apprentice pairs. Any Jedi Purge movie would be either be really boring, or a series of shorts.
Could be interesting as a series of shorts though.

You don't have to do the entire purge. You just need to do an interesting story that fills 2 hours of screen time.
You could do a Bond-esque cold open action sequence showing the hunter character and his/her accompanying troopers chasing down a target Jedi, 15 minute action sequence, end with them executing the Jedi.
THEN roll the crawl.
After the crawl pan down to a planet, introducing the Jedi protagonist and his 1 or 2 apprentices. 20-25 minutes establishing those characters.
Then cut back to the hunters, introduce those characters for real this time, show what kind of relationship the hunter has with the clone troopers, there's another 20-25 minutes of screen time.
Then some more fleshing out the setting, setting up a second act twist or something. Foreshadow one of the apprentices betraying the master to save himself, or something. Your standard *plot happens here* stuff.
Then do like a half hour series of chase/action sequences leading up to the final battle. Then wrap up the movie.
