Yeah, Jaedong throwing half of his army to kill 2 gateways, failing to pick off the warp prism and taking fights off creep and not accounting for pulled probes had nothing to do with it.

Think Polts got this. I feel Classic and Rain are both superior Protoss to Hero. But I guess it depends if Polt can identify what cheese Hero is doing better than Innovation did.

I really wish they'd start scheduling their tournaments better. Saturday ended at 11 pm and I was like wtf over already
and yesterday could have taken until 3am easily with those super long breaks if it had went to 7 (8) games.

Eh, I think it was reasonable, nobody could expect almost all the series to go 5 games with the last one being extra long usually and the finals also went for 7 games. After I saw g1 + regame I was thinking Hero would win, his style countered Polt too well, so I just went to bed.

There was also a good hour long technical delay after the regame. I tuned out during that.

the finals started after the tournament had ended on the previous day. That's just silly.

I'd actually like to watch the finals live, for a change. That has never been possible.

Again, as Zap said, the scheduled matches ran long and messed up the schedule. The finals did not start when they were expected to start.

And this happens every single tournament. At some point, that excuse doesn't fly anymore.

1 hour of technical issues is also pretty ridiculous. The lights going out at last year's Super Bowl didn't take that long to fix.

Did you watch the second series between Bunny / Naniwa on Polar Night? I was rolling laughing that Naniwa brought every single cheese to the table. Opened Proxy Stargate, went Blink w/ DT follow-up. Fucking Toss.

Sounds boring

At least we got Terran in ro16 of GSL, although TRUE did some heavy throwing to accomplish that, like building 30 swarm hosts and failing to kill anything.
