Make sure you get Gods and Kings with Civ5. BNW is also a significant pump in terms of play, but is more expensive. You can skip most of the extra Civilization DLCs, unless you really want to play as them.

Just Cause 2 is an amazing game if you like driving/flying/running around and blowing things up. The storyline is not the draw, being able to just attack random places in the world is. The modding community also put out a MULTIPLAYER mod for it, that while I have not gotten around to playing yet, is reportedly awesome.

definitely get just cause 2 @ $3, the community made a multiplayer mod and its insanely fun, installs directly in steam and is blessed by the devs

right now you can get Civ 5 gold and BNW for 20 Euros, so I guess you'll have a similar price. That's most DLC, G&K in the gold version, you won't get that deal cheaper any time soon I guess.
