DA2 was removed from Steam right before one of the DLCs (Legacy?) was released because EA would rather sell vastly fewer copies of the main game than give Valve a cut of the DLC money.

And fuck this encore day. I put off buying BL2 season pass waiting to see how much I'd blow on other stuff, then decided that I might as well get it today. NOPE... someone screwed up today and discounted everything except the Season Pass and Torgue DLC.
Yep, forgot about that until Vorph clarified - remember us being confused why we couldn't add DLC for quite a while to it. Kept waiting for it to show on Steam, but yet it never did - then they pulled DA2 from the store because of it... Fun times.

Just as a PSA, any left over cards you have can be sold on the community market. Same for card drops from games. I've probably made $15 or 20 since I got into the beta. They plummet in price within a day of a game having cards added so when a game is first added you can make a couple bucks if it's worth replaying. Or you can make pennies an hour later on! Either way I suggest pissing it all away on DotA2 keys to replicate my solid -100% investment profit.

Anyone played the Saints Row 3 DLC? I played and beat it a long time ago with a torrented copy, but I'm thinking of picking up the whole pack. I enjoyed the shit outta that game. Wondering if the DLC is worthwhile.

Genkibowl is mediocre. It's just a few tweaks to the normal Genki minigames plus a new skydiving minigame. All told, you'd really have no trouble beating it in a couple hours. Gangstas in Space and The Trouble with Clones are much better and definitely worth the extra $2.50 for the pack. The rest of the DLC is mostly cosmetic type items (costumes and cars), though there are also some fun weapons mixed in (I particularly love the shark gun).

Yeah, genkibowl sucks, the skydiving was the least fun bit of the entire game for me, although the murder car was pretty amusing. The alien invasion movie one was pretty funny, and had decent story, the alien guns are kind of lame though. Trouble with clones was pure awesome ;p

I didn't mind genkibowl and the driving around Professor Genki activity was a lot of fun. I was chuckling pretty hard when Genki's handler was telling me not to look him directly in the eyes or I'd get shipped off to a north korean prison camp.

Yeah I ran them in the background while doing other things for the 4-5 card drops, almost done this with all my installed games that can earn badges, sold about 30.00 worth of cards and TF2 stuff, which I used to buy more games with with more chances to earn cards and gifted out some games of Chivalry as well.

Is Shogun: Total War 2 a good game at $7.50? And if so, is the all the DLC worth 5 bucks more?

I have been playing dishonored recently and its awesome too, feels like a cross between hitman and assassins creed 2 gameplay/style wise. Loving the lore and the stealth/ghost option (or you can just run through and murder everyone), only downside is the hero never talks, that kinda bugs me. Pretty easy game too even at hardest mode, but it is really fun trying to figure out how to ghost through each level and involves a lot of save/reloads (which are super fast off a SSD).

feels like a long game too, had at least three 5 hour sessions so far which is rare for me nowadays.

Last game I bought was Rage. Still have not picked up BorderLands 2, probably end up with it by the Winter Steam Sale.
