Does it have to be in a browser? That limits it a lot. I'm pretty sure the Kingdom Rush games can be played in a browser, but I never do so I'm not 100% certain.

If they can be on Steam there are a ton of great ones for very cheap. Defense Grid 1 & 2 being favorites.
